UX & UI: what are they?<\/h2>\n

Today everyone is talking about UX and UI.
In almost any conversation with tech people, designers or people who plan websites and apps, these terms come up:<\/p>\n

UX: User Experience<\/h3>\n

In our view, there is no single accepted definition of user experience, but let’s try to get a clear picture of what it really means.

According to an Oxford study, the goal of UX design in business is: “improving customer satisfaction and loyalty through the utility, ease of use and pleasure provided in the interaction with a product.<\/em>“<\/p>\n

In other words, UX design is a design process (digital or print) that aims to enhance the experience people have when they interact with your product and make sure they find value in what you offer.<\/p>\n

UI: User Interface<\/h3>\n

The user interface covers everything related to the design of an information device. In other words, the user interface is the point of connection between a machine and the person operating it to achieve a goal.<\/p>\n

The interface translates the user’s actions into machine language.<\/p>\n
