1. Who we are

LM Web Solutions [Full legal name and company registration number] (“the Company”, “we”) is the controller of the information collected on lm-studio.co.il (“the Website”). We respect your privacy and act in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations.

2. What information we collect

• Contact forms: name, phone, email, subject and the content of your inquiry.
• New client form: invoice name, invoicing email, phone, business (VAT) number, ID or company number, address and postal code.
• Newsletter: email address, only if you subscribed.
• X-Ray: the website address you entered, and your email if you requested the full report.
• Usage data: statistical data through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel, only if you accepted statistics and marketing cookies.

We do not knowingly collect information of special sensitivity, such as medical or biometric information.

3. Why we use the information

• To get back to you by phone, email or WhatsApp, and to handle your inquiry.
• To provide service to clients and issue invoices.
• To send newsletters and marketing content, only if you gave separate consent.
• To improve the Website and analyze how it is used.

4. Are you required to provide information

You are under no legal obligation to provide us with information, and doing so is up to you. Without a name and a means of contact we will not be able to get back to you, and without billing details we will not be able to issue an invoice.

5. Who we share the information with

We do not sell the information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Website and the business, and only to the extent necessary:

• Google (statistics and measurement)
• Meta (measurement and advertising)

6. Transfer of information outside Israel

Some service providers, such as Google and Meta, process information on servers outside Israel. Such transfers are made in accordance with Israeli law.

8. How long we keep information

Inquiries and leads are kept for up to one year, and irrelevant leads are deleted on an ongoing basis. Client details and invoices are kept for the period required by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information: access limited to authorized staff only, an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access credentials stored in an encrypted system. No system is completely immune, and if a security incident occurs we will act in accordance with the law.
