We built a management system for the studio that allows the designers great flexibility to showcase their portfolio pages.

For the atmosphere: Smooth animation throughout the site and a feeling of ‘layers’
The site pages and elements enter with a slow scroll and an animation that accompanies the user throughout the length of the site. This allows the user to feel that they are in a lively and dynamic site, introducing interesting movement. Elements appearing one on top of the other create a sense of layers and engagement for the user.

For convenience and design freedom: Complex projects page
The designers asked us to maintain the freedom to present their work differently and not be confined to a projects page with a repeating grid. It was a challenging task, but we succeeded by programming different sections on the page, allowing them to create a mix and match. The result is that each projects page is not similar to the one that follows or precedes it, providing them with extensive design freedom.

For convenience: Full responsiveness
It’s important that the site works excellently on mobile phones since mobile browsing is often more prevalent than desktop. The comfortable and enjoyable user experience created on the site needs to be preserved on mobile as well. We also allowed the studio to upload shortened content for mobile, different from the texts on the desktop version.
