What's
the story?

Light Instruments wanted a website that makes all the company’s information accessible to customers in Israel and worldwide, with a focus on dentists and patients. One challenge was showing videos to visitors from China, where YouTube and Google are blocked. We did the specification together with NotFromHere, the studio that designed the site.

So what
did we do?

  • Homepage video

    We added a brand video to the homepage with clips of the company's services and products.

  • Support for visitors from China

    We developed a mechanism that detects visitors from China and plays videos for them through a Chinese video player.

  • Blog

    We built a blog where the company's customers can follow upcoming events around the world.

  • Dedicated mobile version

    We developed a separate version for phones and tablets instead of settling for a responsive layout.

  • WordPress development

    We developed the front end and back end on WordPress based on NotFromHere's design.
