The Maccabi Haifa Trustees Association founded and provided backing for the establishment of the Maccabi Sports Club. Dating back to its origins as a pool, which later progressed into multiple athletics and leisure facilities, this organization has developed deep roots in history resulting in what we now know as The Maccabi Sports Club today.

What'sthe deal?

The primary objective was to revamp the obsolete Maccabi Haifa athletics club website, which had been constructed using outmoded norms over 12 years ago. It also didn’t possess mobile optimization, an accessible content management system (CMS), or accessibility features. The resolution of these problems involved redesigning the site and ensuring content access for all users via a WordPress-based CMS that is user-friendly in addition to its efficient day-to-day monitoring process now implemented.

Sowhat did we do?

What actions did we take?

Working together with Israel Levy, who serves as the club’s marketing consultant, we analyzed and revamped the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our website.
Our approach to redeveloping the site involved prioritizing clean development and integrating ACF, while minimizing our use of WordPress plugins.
We migrated existing content from the previous site to the novel one and arranged fresh material.
To maintain the rankings of previous pages, 301 redirects were put in place.
In addition to implementing responsive design, we have made specific optimizations for mobile browsing.
By fully optimizing the site and enhancing its speed, we were able to provide users with a seamless browsing experience.
